The latest Information Certificate Update (“ICU”) is available at the bottom of this page or by clicking here. This ICU provides you with an official update regarding significant changes in the management of our condominium corporation.
As of 31 July 2024, Carleton Condominium Corporation No. 276 has concluded our partnership with CMG. This strategic move is designed to directly benefit our community by enhancing our operations and services. The corporation is now self-managed, a decision that aligns with our commitment to consider the best options for our future management services. In accordance with The Declaration, I have taken on the interim management responsibilities during this transition.
The Information Certificate we have provided is in compliance with the Ontario Condominium Act and includes essential updates:
Management Transition: The certificate offers a comprehensive overview of the shift from CMG to self-management, ensuring you are well-informed about our new management approach.
Updated Contact Information: Please note the change in the corporation’s addresses for service, which now reflects the Sandhamn Private site office and the board email addresses.
